I find once a parent calls me that it is over for that employee. I have also found it is a bad idea to tell parents that thier child is doing a good job. i thought parents only called me. my mopm or dad would have beat my arss and told me to find another job. i hope i will be a good parent in areas like this.
how many of you have every been fired? i never have been. kids get stupider every year.
