I would definitely not upgrade to V10 from V9.4
If you are on support with Helios .. I would upgrade from V9.4 to V11
Again John ... why the H E double hockey stick would you think I care ... if you are not on support with Helios ... sticking with V9.4 is absolutely your best option.
