I can only speak for ADNET, whch works fine on Windows Media Edition.

Windows Media Edition is NOT the same as XP Pro. In our company network here, you have to set up domains instead of work groups for the network for the accounitng software we use where our server is Windows Server Small Business Edition. XP Media Center can not be set up as a domain. Also, you can not upgrade Windows Media Edition to XP pro. You have to wipe out the hard drive and install XP pro from scratch (according to Microsoft). This is what I had to do to add a computer to our network.

I have no idea is Helios requires this.
