The lanlord has provided a 400 amp, 240/208 volt, 3 phase, 4 wire service and has provided an emptry 42 circuit panel board. I was in the building yesterday and there was an electrical panel already installed.... so from what I gather they only have to run electrical from the panel to the lights, beds, plugs etc...

Is there anyone in the area who might suggest an electrical company who's not going to charge 60,000 dollars?????
