The problem is my lease and everything is already done... In my lease I negotiated 8 tons of AC. the thing I'm not understanding is if I was putting in electrical for a normal business ie. store etc.. it would be around the $10,000 mark.. so why just becuase I'm putting in 7 tanning beds does it increase by $50,000??????? it seems insane and like something just isn't right...
