Looking for advice...

I'm opening a tanning salon in Calgary in a brand new building. I get possesion of the building March 1st which is basically 4 walls and a cement floor, everything else is up to me. The landlord provided me with 208/240 volt 3 phase 4 wire electrical service with the panel installed. Tricky part is the electrician's . 2 of them, have given me what I find to be a huge huge crazy quote to wire the power... $50,000 - $60,000 JUST FOR ELECTRICAL... I mean, can tanning beds honestly require that much special electrical equipment?????? I realize Calgary is a very booming economy and everything is through the roof but honestly, this seems completely insane to me. Anyone have any experience with this??
