By re-negotiating our lease with a lawyer so we don't spend 20+$ on square footage in our market, keeping overhead down, seeing R.O.I in REALITY (not just a number I pull out of a hat), making an effort to keep payroll in check, keeping an informed staff happy & motivated by incentives, running killer specials, having screamin'
equipment, trying to keep the greed factor in check and parlaying our location while taking advantage of our home Field advantage. Not much more I can do than that -- oh wait -- yes, there is -- I will try to budget some sort of marketing campaign each and every season I am open. It might not work but you can't accuse us of not having a game plan.
