Laser is even more advanced that lumiere and much more room for error and I had 68 clients last weekend. So, sorry TJ, but if you market correctly, know your product and are professional, anything can work!

You see do your homework. Learn your market and your products. Train your staff. Do not have Kids selling advanced skin care regimes to adults and the most important thing is you have to do alot of work. Anything new is going to take time to get people to understand it.
We may not have any Lumiere devices in HI and maybe it is to early for this guy to bring it in, but he is the one to make that decision because he knows his market and what it will support.
I commend this poster because she did her homework and probably worked her A** off to get to where she has 68 appointments coming to her for laser.
Great Job!
