If the sauna does not have a way to connect to an external timer (and it probably doesn't) you you have to use the T-Max 3a to cut power to the sauna. The questions is how to do it. This will depend on the current the sauna draws.

Call me at 417-272-0761 and we can discuss it. If you can, contact the sauna manufacturer and find out how much current the sauna draws. It's not hard at all, really.
