LOL - folks here aren't as hardy Neon, and hence, not as smart when it comes to snow!
Level 1 - Be careful - there's snow or ice out there in case you weren't aware!
Level 2 - I'm not kidding - Don't go out unless you REALLY have to!
Level 3 - Ok - we're not messing around - If you go out, and you aren't an emergency vehicle of some sort or have a REALLY good excuse - we'll arrest you
