Jnny, I doubt seriously if that is the case. You may want to look elsewhere to find the problem.

Obviously, I know absolutely nothing about you, but I do know that few salons will expect you to be certified before you are hired. So, what else could be the problem? What did you wear to go in and ask for a job? Were you displaying any unusual tattoos or piercings? Were you respectful of their time? It won't hurt to be certified, but if there are other problems keeping you from getting the job, you are wasting your time.
