I think I would have to add, re-evaluate your time management skills. There is only 24 hours in a day. Hard to balance bookwork, educating staff, home, kids, school, husband, housework, volunteer work, extended family, doctor and dentist appointments, family time, tantalk time, hiring, firing, checking email, social time, mentoring, counselling, shopping, and....still find time to sleep!
