I agree Brandy just because you have 3 people on at night doesn't mean you have to keep them....if its slow down cut accordingly that night.....
Off one night Call in at night and check in...if sales our slow, motivate them with a phone call pep talk....You don't have to live their to keep your salon in check

Come up with specials and promotions now in advance....If your busy and flustered they might not be as creative or well thought out as now.....

Go over all your rules, dress codes, sales pitches with employees now....everyone can used to be resfreshed once in awhile.....Set up your 07 incentive program for employees now as far as contests and commission......
