Do not hire to many employees hire accordingly.......I see some salons with 8 beds with 4 employees on at once, no owner in sight then I see the salon up for sale...gee I wonder why they weren't doing so hot....
Don't under hire either you can not be productive with no rest....If you are working every night and day please have bed cleaner on at night so you can have some time to relax....I worked 72 hours without a bed cleaner for 4 months lotion sales increased once I put a cleaner on....I had time to sale and time to rest!
