Don't get cauky and think cause your making big money now you can buy a new car, wardrobe or new equipment......it seems like it won't stop but it does if you don't believe me read our slow season posts...save all your money for the first 2-3 years that way you can build a nice bank roll to support the slow times....
Do not slack on advertising during the slow times......
Use this month to rid your salon of weakiness and build on your strengths....Hire or fire any employees now because when the busy season comes you won't have time for such things!
A nice employee who doesn't sell cost you more then you think! They need to sell or your business will fail don't keep them just cause you like them teach them to sell!!!!!!!!!
If you can't afford fancy decor, a fridge with cokes, give aways, don't waste the money right now CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN a clean salon makes up for alot!!!
