What advice can you give all the newbies on being prepared for Season?

My advice:
Brandy's Tip #1
~Overstock yourself on paper items like, toilet paper, paper towels, copy paper, things like that.
~Overstock yourself on candy for the beds, extra towels, extra 'this bed is clean' signs.
~Overstock yourself on starters, disinfectant and radios (if you have individual ones), airbrush solution.
~Overstock yourself on sign in sheets, initial visit statements and any other items that you have printed up.

Have a plan and stick to it the best you can. If you have employees be prepared to check in often and work late even more.

Train your staff to be able to handle things with care. If an issue comes up in the middle of season, train the others on how to fix it or handle it better.

Do a weekly memo that any staff memeber can refer to anytime. I call my "Brandy's Monday Memo", I know creative huh. I do mine year round.

Role play with your staff now while you have the chance. Role play in selling as well as with situations. Keep them on their toes.

Be prepared to share the wealth with employees. If you don't they will think it's ok to dip their hands in the till....
