The J-box is connected to the roof by a 3/4" or 1" conduit - it's not vibrating so much that a **** 3 prong plug "vibrated" out of the friggen socket. Some "genius" didn't get it plugged in all the way, and then some over zealous employee pulled it out while dusting the top of the unit. Happens all the time with these things. Not as often as the structural integrity breaking down, but still ...
