They wouldn't fax it to you? Doesn't sound like they are very customer oriented.

I am assuming you bought it used, but still, they sold that booth at some point and should make every effort to be sure that any of their equipment provides excellent results. Part of that assurance is proper installation. Perhaps you should call them again this morning and also let them know that this customer service issue is being watched very closely on the world's premier salon owner's bulletin board. Let us know what they say...
