I use Breeze #5,#9,#10.5, 82dn 10Ln...?? I never have this problem and I have sprayed 100s of very satisifed guest. I use to use CAltan, Designer skin, Fantasy tan, Norvel and NO comparison.
My clients range from age 7 to 82 years young. Normal, Oily to severe dry skin. (?) I never have a prob. however one thing that is important, as it was stated above Pre and post care a must for any solution.
If the PH is out of wack or if clients use products that mechanically or chemical removal or alter service can be an issue.
Also. STAY away from BAR soaps and antibacteria liquid soap or pure essential oil products. All can be a prob. with sunless in my experience. Prior or after service.

I use CanTans towel prep, use their maximizer spray for sunless and NEVER a prob. with orange or alligator after effects.

Also make sure your clients are Moisturizing x2 daily with prod. that do not contain mineral oil or petroleum. Anything straight oil can cause issues also.

It is alike anything...trial and error to figure out what works with your clientel. I tried alot of products before I found the best match for the majority of my clients.

I always hate to name products, but the following products have and poss. could effect the results or after longevity of sunless.

Jergens, Lubraderm, Olay oils, suave, keri, swiss Ives, olive oil(pure form usage), baby oil, vaseline intensive care...this is just to name a few..Past experience with these products did not fair well with our clientel. Not bad naming products, but for us it just was a prob. with our sunless service. When guest stoping using the products and utlized assisting products challenges stopped. (?) SOOOOOOO this is just FYI

Added note re: alligator skin: Are any of your clients who had this issue do they swim or utilize hot tubs often? Could be PH or chlorine issues?
Also watch for folks who do the detox wraps: Great service but runs not so well with sunless!:)
