I usually make my own...But I did see them and it wouldn't be too hard to carmelize the Baileys.

I make a couple of different versions of the Baileys. One I call peppermint Patty made with a fifth of White Cream d'Cacao & a pint of peppermint Schnapps.

The other is German Chocolate made with dark Cream d'Cacao & Coconut Liquer & Ameretto
