I have sevreal people who tan here that use Arbonne Resist vitamin/dietary supplement. One lady lost 7 pounds in one week. I have some that a friend gave me, but haven't tried them yet. Even if they dont' work as diet aids they are high in vitamin C and E and good for your skin. (so they claim) |
