Did one - not impressed.

I think it works best if you have multiple locations or are in a very small/restricted market. Otherwise the brides are coming from all over, and the odds that your shop is "convenient" enough for even a small fraction of them is unlikely.

The one I went to seemed a lot like the tanning shows -- a cattle call of folks shuffling around looking for freebies.

Your best bet is making sure you get the list of all registrants and sending them a direct mail postcard after the show to follow-up in my opinion. Beyond that, I'd recommend a $10 giftcard or some offer (brides tan free with 5 or more in party buying packages, free face lotion with any package,...?) and try to get it in as many hands as you can.
