We bought a new computer. The new system does not provide a serial port.
We went out and bought 2 different kinds. A belkin, and radio shack brand usb to serial converters. We are running Windows XP, and for some reason cannot get the system to work without freezing or crashing.
We also have a cash draw, and that seems ok.
Just cannot figure out why we are having so many communication issues with the TMAX manger.

Help......
