I think its much easier to just create your own in Excel. Use the columns for the bed type/room number and the rows for the time intervals for appointments. we make out 10 minute beds every 15 minutes and 20 minute beds every half hour. if we get really busy i'll just mark a spot off in the app log in case we run behind on a certain bed.

its easy using excel!!
