equipment is expensive. I am sure taking over the payments is the right option.Buying new equipment to replace what you have wouldnt make sense. It would just be more money and more work. Either way your buying equipment so go with whats there and what the clients know. If they are tanning there they like the beds ;) Just take your time to learn about the beds. Make sure the sellers take the time to train you on the equipment how they sell it to clients and etc.

I noticed in another thread you asked if there are any distys in your area that will come out and train. Have you asked in you offer on the salon for the present owners to stay on for a period of time to train you? I sold two salons both times I stayed on for 30 days to help with the transfer, training and to just make things go smoother. Iwould show up in the am for a week and stay for a few hours then leave, but they could always call me if needed. I didn't just hand them the keys wish them luck and walk out that day, I hope they are not trying to do that to you. If you haven't asked asked.
