I have each tanner sign in when they come in. The sign in sheet covers eyewear requirements. Plus they sign a waiver.when they sign up. Thats all my
insurance Co. needs. I was planning on providing eyewear when I first opened but the Board of Health said No. The state allows the local officials to set their own standards. When you explain to customers why sharing eyewear may not be a good idea, they don't mind buying their own eyewear. Some customer say they would never share eyewear. Not all salons are professional run and clean their eyewear properly. I guess every area is different.
