We do allow parents to bring their kids in to the shop as lots of my clients have kids, same with my nails clients. The area where i live has lots of mums, children, ban them and i loose business.
Stick a DVD on and their fine for 10mins or so. However during nails appointments i do ask request they leave kids at home as it's along time for them to wait for their parents. And the kids would be more likely to want to come in to the room (which is a BIG NO NO). I have found with good communication every things fine.
Its a difficult one for me as i live in an area prodominetly with mums.
We have a sepparate though for children. Away from everything. Designed just for them. So far its ok
