Re: Lease negotiations?

The only thing that anyone can recommend that will make sense is to know your market. Lease, like everything else in business, is supply and demand.

If you are in a strip mall that has 3 empty bays, negotiate for a better deal. If you are in a center that is full and people are lined up behind you to get the spot, not a lot of use in negotiating. Either take it or pass, depending on how it fits your budget and your overall business plan.
