Re: opening a tanning salon-help

Yes, one vertical unit without a doubt. Also do a business plan that was suggested, check out your competiton and most of all do your home work and have a professional salon owner (sucessful) give you some good pointers. To me location and parking access is the first issue before you even get started. Then think about lease options on the building, electrical cost, buildout construction, insurance, etc. There is alot to learn and you can get the help on this site from most. Visit salons that have the equipment your thinking about, tan in them. Do a search on this site for various pieces of equipment etc. Better hurry if you plan on making busy season..... Good Luck
