How was your experience with Tan America? I am working with them now and I am really thinking of getting the bed that you are having problems with. I have a target open date of 60 days. Shouldn't that be a warranty issue? They really give themselves kudos for their equipment, and compared to what I have seen, they seem to have it together. Any thoughts? :)
