Ok, I checked with a number of companies, those that do cover Tanning all seem to put an exclusion of Bodily injury caused by tanning or use of lotions??
They seem to all say the same thing and have the opinion that the waiver the clients sign before they tan, excludes
liability anyway
But, is this the norm, wondering what kind of
liability could arise from this exclusion, 5 companies, same exclusion??
