Re: 2 Lamps have gone out together?

I have had a similiar problem but what I found after I switched the ballast, lamps, and lampholders was on wire in the square connection where your ballast are had pulled out and was hidden in the clump of wires. Make sure you aren't missing a wire at the connection or also make sure they are pushed in all the way.

My guess is that you have one bad lamp causing both not to work. That is usually the first place to start. The acrylic is a pain to take out but I would check that first. Good Luck
