i often see alot of new salon owners come to this site with some pretty basic questions or problems. ive even seen newbies that dont have enough tanning knowledge to even ask a question the right way. even newbies who cant supply us with the info we need to help them get the right answer.
incase you didnt know there are many tanning supply distributors out there willing and able to help you. if your disty cant give you a answer to your questions you need a new disty or possibly just a new sales rep.
let these people know your a new owner just like you do when you post on tantalk. most big distributors train their employees in the department they work in wheather it be lotion, marketing, or tech support and the knowledge they give you is FREE and very usefull.
