I am new to the business, actually I am trying to buy an exisiting business. At this point, I have not seen the current owner's actual numbers. So for the benefit of the budget I am setting up, how many bottles of lotion per week/year should I sell in a 7 bed salon? I am currently projecting 12% of my customer will buy, which right now, using my projected numbers, would be about 36 bottles per week, or 1788 per year. Also, I am using an average profit of $20/bottle.

HELP, am I even in the ball park? :O
