Knx, I'm not sure where you're located but we can't seem to keep help no matter what. I give them a handbook and it's as if they go against anything we tell them. I do not hire anyone in high school who has other obligations. They do tend to get in the way, especially during our busy season.
As for finding any help who is mature, forget it! People in this town are used to starting a job, making just enough to pay a month's bills and leaving. Then they go somewhere else and do the same thing. They don't care if you are the boss or not.
My husband talked to her and did what was suggested. Either she changes or she's out the door. The first screw up after this conversation and we're back to looking for someone else. I'm so tired of not being able to find decent help. Seems everyone we talk to who owns a business has the same problem, whether it be tanning or not.
I'm so ready to just throw in the towel and be out of here!
