Thanks ya'll, that's what I told her, she said her skin is normally oily and with that I told her that it is probably just the oils or whatever working out of the skin and that tanning will most of the time help with break outs, i don't have a stand up to offer her, but if she continues to have this problem I will suggest that she may use a soap made for oily skin or made to clear up skin.
