I think I found her..........I came in this morning and this new girl I hired went above and beyond her duties. The towels were folded perfectly (as I would fold them) and the money was accounted for and the floors were vaccumed. I know these things are too be expected of a paid employee but all my customers told me today that she is really great and they all liked her and her personality. Not to mention she's a little hottie so the guys like that. I'm sooo happy because my gut is telling me that I could leave my salon for vacation and not have to worry. Keeping my fingers crossed................
