The FDA has the power to put the tanning industry out of business. All they have to do is change the tanning bed from a class 2 to a class 1 medical device. If that ever happens tanning beds have to be operated under a doctor supervision. In my opinion, advertising about Vitamin D production may bite the tanning industry in the butt.

This is an article about what happened to someone that considered he was simply reprinting research.
