Re: One employee vs. three?
Does the One you have posses the quailities you need in a good employee? I see it like this I suppose if you can give one a healthy paycheck instead of distributing three small ones because hours are short you will have a happy eomplyee verses three that will complain for more hours I need prom money etc...
If you can etablish a relationship where she feels proud in the business accomplishments she will be such a valuable asset. I reward mine with manicures if she sells her target amount....I tell her you sell we both make money....You have to invest.....3 employees mean competition your right but maybe not the way you and I would compete to make the business succeed.
Three might work well but will they have loyality to you if you can't invest alot into each? you can't reward all of them all.....
Perhaps 2 would be the right fit for you Find the one who is working because she loves this business ,who you can train to run things how you do, give her the most hours and hire a second one for two nights a week and let her know upfront you only need her two nights a weeks and occasionally she will pick up extra hours but reminder of the free tans she gets:)
