Am I better off hiring 2 or three part-timers rather than counting on one person to cover for me when needed. I think by hiring several girls, they would do their best to 'compete' for the hours. By counting on one girl, I think 'she' would get too confident and slack off because they feel they have job security. I've let one girl go and I have a few other girls that are begging me for a job and I like them all.
