FING DATE PROBLEM...FLYING PLANE INTO SIDE OF HELIOS BUILDING

Hi,

I hate helios,

I will say it again so I can make it clear
I HATE HELIOS

Everyday, sometimes twice a day, I have a stupid date problem pop up. I dont give a rats about the security issues anymore, I change the date to todays.
I did that half an hour ago, and now again it happens, I go change the date on the last transaction in the management:transaction menu, and it doesnt fix.

Helios customer service sucks, my shipping company sucks making my beds 20 days late costing me a months rent with no income, so now I cannot afford to buy another program. And as soon as I get some money in I might fly to helios, not to go to the university, but to fly into the side of it.

for the sake of possible conspiracy theory-esque monitoring.. no I wont ACTUALLY do this. But I am gonna frigin snap on them. I am sick of this crap with helios.

My computer is brand new.
I have no problems with the date on my computer, it is NOT 2008 on my computer even though helios sometimes thinks that it is.

So as soon as I have the money, I am gonna try and cancel, although probably Helios has some forced retention contract 3 million dollar cancellation fee crap, and I am gonna pay my customers to wipe their rears with the reciept, and I am gonna light the hardware key on fire.

Sorry for the "CRAZY GUY" post... but I am absolutely fed up.
I have not tracked close to 2000 in lotion sales. I have 100 members that are in my computer, but I have not even sold them memberships in helios, nor have I tanned a single client with helios, because I have had so many problems and unreliability issues, I dont want to dare **** off anymore customers trying to get it to work. I just keep tanning with the TMAX Manager. Due to another loser in my "relied on them" list, I am out a bunch of money in rent and lease because the beds were so late, and thus I have no money in the budget to pay 399 for some guy to set up helios. This is all temporary stress, we begin construction on the next tanning salon in June, within the golds gym, if I fail the gym can take over the tanning salon because I cant pay my lease because I cant track my customers and sales, and they will fund it fully, and the tanning salon will make a fortune. However, until then I would like to try and keep building this business well. Which to me, seems like an impossibility at this particular junction. It would be nice if helios would help a guy out, for less than the constant long distance, never getting called back, and the list goes on.

I just want this post to go out there, and I will also be advising the other Golds Gym tanning salon owners (as I am somewhat the head of the tanning salon model being built upon for all the Golds Gyms in Canada, as the owner of this gym and the calgary ones, is the owner of the master franchise for canada) that helios has the worst customer support I have ever seen. The only reason they have the market share they do, is because for startups, it is a favorable pricing scale, and had I known then what I know now, I would have budgetted for paying for software in full from tan track, or someone else (shopping now for later) and saved on buying the stereos for the booths.

Now that I am done venting I am going to go clean a tanning bed, and wait for a couple people to pay in full so I can get rid of helios and stop my whining.
