No, I don't talk to them like that. However, in my own sarcastic way, I was trying to make a point.
If your release form sounds like a sales pitch, it is useless. You don't want it to be as crass as what I wrote, but if it doesn't say pretty much the same thing (only nicer) you are wasting your time.
I have both regular tanning and spray tanning addressed in my release form. I do not want anything in that form in any way to be construed as a guarantee of results or as implying that tanning or spray tanning will not harm you in any way.
I will tell the customer what I think. I tan and my 16 and 18 year old daughters tan, but if you believe your dermatologist who told you that you would die from skin cancer in 5 years if you tan, hey, maybe you shouldn't tan.
Never had someone decide not to tan because the release form scared them out of tannning.
