Actually - he wasn't wrong -- at the time. All his issues where there, and real. He was NOT getting the proper response and the beds DID have service issues which had been ignored!

That said - there is a "new sheriff in town" and he stepped up to the plate here. That's a good thing! Would it have happened if not for his orignal thread - who knows? But it did, and I do firmly believe that the Sportaredo CEO has a genuine and sincere interest in turning around the reputation of his company, to the point of personally turning a wrench and making a repair if that is what it takes! :-)

Congrats all around on a successful conclusion to what has probably been a thorn in BOTH sides for some time now! Nice to move along feeling good about the future!!
