So I've been building my base for about a week now. I've gone high pressure, low pressure, low pressure, and low pressure all with about 48 hours in between because we all know that is the recommended interval. My last session was about 24 hours ago (low pressure) but would it be ok to do a high pressure session today because it is of different type of rays?? or should i still wait till tomorrow for my next session. Please respond ASAP! thanks! :sarcasm:
