That's right Belvy. Everything you've mentioned above is exactly what I was told in the sales pitch for lumiere. And, like you, I would not have been able to purchase the machine at that time if it hadn't been for all those PROMISES. I just wish RAI would defend themselves on this site and admit that they screwed us. Instead, they say we misunderstood. They said that the marketing company had learned a few things from the Mystic Tan marketing venture and were ready to make lumiere the next skin care craze in the United States.
