Re: Poor fade results when spraying dark

Yes at first I would just put them in the bed with an aloe gel to build up the amino acids. Did this instead of lotion because I thought lotion would fill up the cuticle and do the sponge effect(skin can only absorb so much and when they got sprayed I thought the skin wouldn't accept the solution as much) But when I though about it some lotions have dha in them. This time of year skin is dryer so I throw them in the bed with a lotion that includes dha in it soaks right in then to the spray tan booth or they get custom airbrushed. It works wonders. I now will not do one with out the other personally. Seems like the tanning solution absorbs more evenly when they go in the bed with a bronzer first. Try it. The trick is to stay in the bed enough time to be effective but not enough time to get sweaty. I have fifteen minute beds so I would say for a level 3 skintype with no base maybe around 6 minutes. Oh and rub the tanning lotion in completely.

Glam, think about how nice your face gets when you use the vivid (I believe it has dha in it)same thing but add a little uv to the formula(heat also opens up the cuticle sucks more solution). Try it you will be so happy. Like I said just make sure you rub it all in and if you are fortunate enough to have a stand up use that that way you don't have to worry about sweating. Let me know what you think. :)
