I have noticed that the Mystic Barrier Cream doesn't work quite like they advertise in the Mystic instructional video. Each time a new person comes in to try Mystic for the first time, I have them watch the video and then i make sure one of us walks them back to the booth, and goes into more detail. I personally tell people they must "cake" the cream on the places they do not want the spray, (cuticles, palms, creases in wrists etc...) and I tell them not to rub it in, to leave enough on so they can still see the lotion on their hands. It's annoying to have to do this each time, but i do it because I don't want to get a call the next day. I try to tell customers as much as i can before they do it, you wouldn't believe it but one time i had this woman demand that I not only refund her, but PAY for the shirt she ruined because she didn't follow the directions about avoiding "aquatic activites" for the initial 4-6 hours... The solution came off on her white lace top because she got sprayed and then spent the next 5 hours out in the sun sweating at some picnic. She honestly wanted me to buy her shirt for her... Hmm... I think Im going to try and find a cheaper version of the Mystic brand cream... among all the other things I have to do before Season hits hard...
