Explain to me how your customer would feel stupid. Do you mean you didn't want to feel stupid for not being "on top" of things in your salon?
And as far as negative points, yes look for the one I gave you... I signed my name. :)
No I never ran out of spray. There is not reason for it, check it daily or weekly or whatever. **** you can even check and make sure everything is "up to par" before the customer gets in. Explain to me what is so hard about that? When a bulb burns out I immediately know because I stay late and come in early instead of running out the door when it is closing time.
I check and run my machines(check fans, bulbs everything I can) everyday before I even open. If a bulb is out which really never happens it gets changed right then and there.
And when **** happens own up to it!!! Maybe you should of told the customer when they came in the NEXT time that you realized after they left that the spray wasn't woking properly, and said this one is on the house. Explain to them that you were happy they stopped back in because you were going to call them today to see how the tan was.
