thanx for your advice, i got a e-mail back from a mobile operater in another state here and she said that she didnt encounter any restrictions or regulations, so basically i just need the gear and some good practice at spraying. Ive found a suitable supplier here and they're being quite helpful with arranging a kit/supplies/marketing/retail and training package to suit my budget.

I think its amazing that i couldnt find any mobile sprayers in my own state. Well i that just means more business for me! No real competition except about 5 day spa's that offer it in salon for an expensive price. :)
