I think it is illegal to take any money out of someone's check, but I'm not sure.
I have the same thing going on. I have 2 very good key people. Everyday I watch my details on Suntouch Software. I noticed this week one of my girls tanned in the middle of her shift. I'm wondering how she then put the next few people in their beds to tan at the same time. It's obvious she tanned a friend for free. Of course it was in my $30.00 bed. Only the best for their friends.
In addition my other employee tanned at the close of the shift which is fine, but didn't punch out untill after. They tan for free in the best equipment on the market, use my lotions, and now I can pay them while they tan free. Once, shame on you, twice, shame on me.
I will be asking employee #1 for the single visit fee of $30.00 or she can chose to leave, and I just changed the timecard for the other employee.
Software is great, I have everything documented.
